1. Services Offered
ufoünd is a Persona Marketplace that enables founders to find and interact with their ideal customer profiles through user interviews. Founders provide and receive interviews, facilitating mutual growth and understanding within the entrepreneurial community.
2. User Agreement
Upon signing up and filling out the profile form, you consent to share specific personal and professional information, including but not limited to your name, age, occupation, gender, industry experience, hobbies, ideal customer profile, calendar link, and LinkedIn URL. This information is crucial for matching you with suitable interview partners.
3. Attending Interviews
You will be notified via email once a match for your ideal customer profile is found. Failure to attend a scheduled interview will lead to removal from the platform.
4. User Conduct
All users are expected to maintain professionalism during interviews. Harassment, bullying, verbal abuse, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal from ufoünd.
5. Rating and Feedback
Post-interview, you are encouraged to rate your interviewee based on the accuracy of the match, engagement, and responsiveness. Receiving two consecutive poor reviews will result in removal from the platform.
6. Amendments
ufoünd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
7. Liability
ufoünd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ufoünd operates.
9. Payments and Refunds
Once payment has been completed, we will issue a refund if the ideal customer does not show up to a call AND does not coordinate or respond to rebook one. We use Stripe as a payment processor and do not keep any payment information.
